GROWING TOGETHER 101: FOUNDATIONS
Are you building your life on faulty ground or on the solid rock of Jesus Christ?
Foundations in Christianity are Important! Luke 6:46-49 says obeying God is like building a
house on a strong and solid rock that stands firm when storms come. When life is calm, our
foundations don’t seem to matter. But when crises comes are foundations are tested. True
Christianity is built upon Christ. A building is only as solid as the ground its built on. Christ is
our base, our reason for being. Everything we are and do must fit into the pattern provided by
him. Growing Together 101 will help in connecting you to God and other as well as growing
in your foundations of faith.
*GROWING TOGETHER 201: UPWARD & ONWARD
Christian maturity - Is it important in the church?
Christian Maturity is instrumental in the life of a Christian! What is spiritual maturity? It is
moving beyond the basics and moving towards a life of full devotion of God. Growing Together
201 will help you see that as Christians, we need to learn and grow in our faith and
understanding of God. This is what spiritual maturity is all about, taking our faith to the next
level by serving and reaching others. Hebrews 5:13-6:3 sums up the need for Christian
maturity. We pray this class will get you moving in your journey upward and onward!
