Short Term Missions - Director: Chantel Sloan phone # 520-705-5704
This ministry takes us outside the four walls of our church building. We want to take every opportunity to spread the "Good News" to
our local communities, our nation and the world. We have partnered with Face to Face International to facilitate our short-term

Children's Ministry - Director: Shirley Swille (896-2416), Pre-school: Debbie Cannon (896-9459)
(Preschool 3-5, Primary 6-11 or up through 5th grade) The children enjoy bible lessons taught at their level of understanding and focused on
teaching God's Word and how they can apply it to their own lives. Classes are available during both Sunday services.
Overdrive - Leaders: Leonard & Barbara Kasprzak (896-2478)
(1st - 5th grade) This awesome ministry meets every Wednesday night for fun and games at 7pm in Student Ministry Center. The children will enjoy
playing basketball, skateboarding, and games as well as learning lessons from the Word of God. They will have a blast as they connect to God in
this fun-filled service.
IGNITE- Jr & Sr High and College Age Ministry—The youth leader are now Nick Montano, Randy & Patsy
Bowers, Robert & Victoria Molio’o, Trent & Yvette Brown, JJ Ruiz and Carol Kraft. This group of young adults
enjoy relevant Bible teaching, hanging out in the Student Center and an awesome band that plays current worship music.
Young At Heart Ministry - Leaders: Pastor Bob & Shirley Cannon (896-9020)
(ages 55 & up) This Ministry enjoys bible study, potlucks, outings, games, fun & fellowship.
Women's Ministry - Director: Shauna Ruiz (385-4240)
The women enjoy teachings, refreshments, and fellowship with one another. The third Monday of the month at 6:30 pm (except for June, July &
August).
Men's Ministry - Leader: Rob Walker (896-9761)
The men's quarterly meeting.
Celebrate Recovery Ministry - Director: Rosetta Tafoya (896-0635)
This is a Christ-Based 12 step recovery program with classes and a support group available.
Life Groups (trimester studies that last 3 months) - Call the church office to get connected (896-2771)
Small groups of people meeting in homes for bible study, sharing, fellowship, and refreshments. There is one for you!
Music Ministry - Director: Shauna Ruiz at (385-4240)
Talented team of singers and musicians who enjoy using the gifts that God has given them to lead the congregation in praise and worship.
Sound/Powerpoint/Lighting Tech Crew - Leaders: Kenny Chavez (385-2117), Wendi Nielson (385-9899),
Dennis West (896-9129) A team of people who run the sound, lighting, and visual presentations.
Drama Ministry - Director: Toni Pfaff (896-3311)
A fun way to express your acting talent while spreading the good news through music, drama, and dance.
Care & Share Ministry - Leader: Nancy Lewallen phone # 520-896-2771
This ministry is a way to use your gift of hospitality, to send a card or give a call to someone who is sick or in the hospital.
Theophostic Prayer Ministry - Director: Jane Newman at ( 520-429-2557)
Living Word Chapel is offering a prayer ministry through which Jesus Christ can touch those in the midst of pain and suffering, and bring His healing
and His peace. We have Christian men & women who have received training in this prayer ministry and are prepared to minister to those who seek
the Lord’s truth for their lives. These individuals will share testimony to their own personal healing through this ministry.

This ministry greets people, with a smile, as they come into Sunday service, handing them a bulletin and assisting them with seating.
Information Center - Leader: Patti Young (896-2188)
This ministry greets people, with a smile, as they give information about the church, activities and how to get connected here at Living Word Chapel.
